Good Product for mind and body. 1 teaspoon at day and 1 teaspoon at night with mid heated milk or mid heated water for adults.

However, you can’t rely on it completely you also need to maintain a healthy overall lifestyle to get the best results. It’s excellent for sleep and keeping the brain calm.
