My husband has severe asthma and has used a salt inhaler for a few years now. My 13 year old daughter has seasonal and cat allergies so I purchased this one for her. She loves blue, so this light blue one is perfect. It is very nice, easy to set up, and simple to use. We add a drop or two of essential oils to help but it can be used with just the salt. I would recommend purchasing this for anyone who has respiratory issues. It is a natural way to help your family. (Remember though, that each family member should have their own salt inhaler. I have my own inhaler, but wanted to get one for my son to head off a bad cough. This one works well, and is slightly blue so we don't get them mixed up. I wish it had a cover, otherwise, it's great.

I use this product for cold and lung clearing I think is great maybe with heater to get steam would be more efficient also some soft ending on tip would be safer have tendency little bit bump my front teeth. Otherwise great idea great product.

I am trying to clean out my lungs. It's working. I have been coughing and clearing. Worth the money

I have not used it long enough to make a claim. The use is easy, it seems to eliminate flem.
