Great coffee if you like light taste
This peaberry type coffee is light in flavor, despite the medium roast, and does not express a lot of the depth most dominican coffees are known for. The mouth-feel is light and smooth, the finish is short and does not require much sugar or sweeteners. If you like a light-bodied coffee with not too much depth, this coffee will be one of your favorites.

This is the pea berry of the coffee bean from the Dominican Republic. Smooth, tasty, chocolate notes. Reminds me of my last vacation to the DR.
