Vileda EasyTwist Flat Mop

I am returning it today. If you pay $50 for a mop you expect it to last for quite a while. I searched everywhere I could think of on and off the internet to find add’l pads, because I knew one would not look last long after being laundered a couple of times. I could not find replacement pads and the ones suggested would not work for this model.

Praktisches Teil und einfach in der Handhabung. Hatte es für meine Mutter gekauft, weil sie nicht mehr richtig in der Lage war, Wischlappen auszuwringen. Den Stiel des Wischers zu drehen, schafft sie aber. Leider Schade, dass der mit angebotene Wischeimer gar nicht zu diesem Wischer passt, bzw. der Wischer passt nicht in den Eimer. Weiterhin ist es mir schon passiert, dass ich den Wischer überdreht habe. Er scheint nicht ganz so robust zu sein. Drum immer etwas vorsichtig drehen

Blue - Contico EWB que es alargado y también te vale para los útiles de limpiar las ventanas.Si intentas utilizar el cubo típico de fregona se hace mal pues no entra del todo y te toca meterlo doblado

This object is brilliant.However, it took me about ten minutes to make the squeezing mechanism work for the first time. I was doing exactly what indicated in the images, and nothing was happening. Not rocket science at all, it simply was stuck.I then tried to "help it", closing the leaflets myself. I had to repeat the action a few times and it suddenly began working. I have seen that a few people had a problem with activating it, so I would just suggest to not despair and be a bit more patient. You will be rewarded with a perfectly squeezing mop!SoNEGATIVE:-it might not start working straight away and needs a bit of fiddling.POSITIVE:-When you have that mechanism working....it works amazingly. It really squeezes the mop! I tried squeezing it myself after it, and I got just a few drops out.-Easy to clean under the sink or shower bit of the bath (that's what I used)-The 360 rotation works really well.-It looks sturdy and with good weight and height.-The soft bit to hold it is very appreciated. I thought it was excessive but actually gives a good grasp.-I really like that it can be easily separated into its shorter components. Perfect for small cupboards ;)OTHER-I tried to use it to give a bit of a clean to the carpet. It is a bit tricky as it is not designed for that so it flips. I managed to do it keeping the mop bar almost at 90° with respect to myself. It took a while but it did a nice job.-I would make sure to properly wash it and then dry it out after use to avoid smells due to it being left damp, but this applies to all cleaning mops and towels.
