A couple of warnings!
First warning: this requires a very small flathead *and* the tiniest Philips screwdriver *ever*. Like even smaller than the typical jewler's screwdriver. The instructions state that 'a multitool is included' but it isn't: the text is an exact copy and paste of *Lenovo's* instructions, and the Lenovo keyboard *does* include the tool. (So I guess a bonus warning: this is *not* an actual Lenovo keyboard!)Second warning: if you're an old-timer Lenovo/IBM ThinkPad user/tech, you might think that this install will be straightforward. After all, all of the keyboards *before* this one were... Well, just like these keyboards suck in comparison to the older keyboards, the installation sucks, too. When I took the keyboard out of the box, I thought it was broken: it seems a part below the keys had shifted and it was blocking *all* of the keys! This is intentional. You will need to use a fine flathead to shift that same piece *up* on the existing keyboard, exposing 6 of the *tiniest* Phillips screws ever. You will loosen them (they'll stay retained), then pry out the existing keyboard. The instructions say to pull on the ribbon cables to remove them: don't. Gently lift up the little levers that hold them in place at the socket. Remove the keyboard. On the new keyboard, remove the blue strip that has a spacer that holds that oddly-positioned bezel in place. Put the ribbon cables in place and close the levers to lock it in place. Place the keyboard in place, then tighten the 6 microscopic screws. Then, using a fine flathead, pry the bezel *down* in place. You'll likely need two hands, because you need to make sure the bezel goes below the frame of the notebook, and you'll likely need to do it in multiple places across the bottom of the keyboard, being *very* careful not to knock off any of your brand new keys! This is a disgusting design. It's not this keyboard's design, it's *Lenovo's* design. What was so wrong with long screws from the back?Anyway, once installed, the keyboard worked fine -- well, as 'fine' as the original, which was never very good to begin with. My kingdom for a T60 with modern specs! :) I hope this helps you.

Keyboard requires too much pressure. Keys stick. Useless for a touch typist.
The keyboard fits and the circuitry works.. But one key has already failed, other keys have stuck, and the amount of pressure required to type makes this keyboard worthless for a touch typist. I'm using an external USB keyboard to write this review. So the good news is you can replace a T450s keyboard. But you should choose another vendor.
