Excellent, really really good quality, surprised how good the quality was for the price, I work on building sites and these are the same tools as what the bloke uses to fix the tyres on my JCB. Only thing I don't like are the small pliers for extracting the foreign object. Fixed my tyre on me car no problem, had a drill bit stuck in had to use mole grips to get it out. Really made up with it can't wait to get another puncture.

This is an item I hope I never have to use but I thought if I did ever need a puncture repair kit then I would need a quality one that was up to the job. This seems to be really sturdy and capable of doing the job if needed, seems like everything you may need is included. Here's hoping I never have to put it to the test.Addendum: I found an old steel belted cross ply tyre and decided to test the repair kit. I first of all drove a nail into the tyre then used the tyre repair kit as is. Then I repeated the procedure on another part of the tyre, having withdrawn the nail I drilled a 6mm hole and then used the repair kit. Thirdly I tried on another part of the tyre withdrew the nail then drilled am 8mm hole , then used the tyre kit.It worked reasonable easy on all three occasions. The most difficult part I found was threading the stick/tacky plug through the insertion tool. I can't say how effective the repair is but it looked to be good. At least I discovered that the tool can be used and you don't need the strength of Samson. I still hope I never have to use it though.

I bought this to plug hole in tyre caused by small screw. Did the job fine and tyre still ok few months later. It requires a bit of upper body strength to use the tool.

I've used these tyre plug kits for many years and saved myself a small fortune in the process. The price of this kit is what you could pay for a repair at a garage and you have enough strings of rubber in this kit to last a lifetime. What else I like about this kit is you can usually repair the puncture without taking the wheel off the car. All the repairs I have done with these kits have lasted the tyres natural life and I've never lost a drop of air from any of my repairs either.If you are a keen DIY home mechanic and want to save yourself some money then I'd recommend this kit

After a lot of research finally decided on this kit for puncture repair and looked good reading the reviews. Not the cheapest but wanted a bit of quality however first time i used it on a puncture repair the insertion tool sheered off in the tyre whilst trying to extract the insertion tool following the repair string being inserted through the reamed out puncture hole. However, the string sealed the puncture and is still holding strong after a further 2000 miles on the tyre (front). It’s just a bit disconcerting to know a fragment of metal is loose within the tyre and hopefully not causing any damage internally. Luckily there is another spare insertion tool included in this kit and i hope that when i use it again the same thing doesn’t happen. Hence my remark on being not so heavy duty and for the lower ratings.

saves a lot of hassle and expense having to take puncures to be repaired, after several fixes the kit has paid for itself already. when using it on a tractor tyre it takes a fair bit of force to push the tools on and out of the puncture, but it does the job. self vulcanising worms are handy because no glue is required, speeding up the process. never had any issues with a plug coming out or not sealing straight away. simple to use and would recommend

A Very good bit of kit! A motorcyclist must have! With this you don't need to take off your wheel, good stuff when it's the rear wheel!

Good product, seems to have done the repair after a large screw penetrated the tyre. One tip when using is to pump up the tyre as much as you can. If the tyre is flat it is almost impossible to insert the plug due to the opening closing as you push the tool and plug in. Once I inflated the tyre a bit more it was simple.
