Retique It All-in-One Chalk Based Paint Ultratique for Furniture & Cabinets, 32 Fl Oz (Pack of 1), 07 Midnight Black

This paint worked wonders on my old pine furniture! It took about 3 coats, but was super easy to apply and dried fairly quickly. It's been over a month since I did my dyi project and the paint as worn well. No chipping or fading and has been easy to clean. I was able to paint 2 large night stands, several frames, jewelry box, and a pine chest with 1 jar of paint!!! I already ordered another tub to paint some more furniture.

I used the malachite color to sponge on my nightstands. The color is rich and exactly the shade I wanted. I didn't need a primer and if you want a chalky finish, that's what you get! If you want shine, add something on top. In my pictures, I haven't added a top coat but I plan to since they're nightstands and they need protected from drinks.

This paint is very easy to use and it is very smooth. Looks great.

After much research, used this chalk paint on old vinyl diner kitchen chairs. Took many coats to cover but overall pleased with coverage.The dull matte finish must be rubbed with furniture wax (bought separately & cheaper than this brand). Makes vinyl look supple.

Loved this product! No strong smell, easy to use, nice instructions. I used 3 coats and no top coat because the finish was already really nice. I honestly could have gotten away with just 2 coats. The color Cersei is really pretty and looks the way its pictured.

I wasntbsure if it was actually chalk paint at first because it goes on very shiny when wet but it dried just like expected. Great coverage with 2 coats. The twist on cap did get a few flakes in the dried paint so clean it well before screwing on the top after painting.

We painted our dresser with this and are very pleased with the results! All we did was wipe the dresser before painting, no sanding or stripping. It looks great, and adhered nicely.
