Fantastic! Must read by all Indians!
Excellent story telling with a focus on details and witty humour. Engaging storyline with some truly insider stuff on political adventures and (mis)adventures. You as a reader will need to do some basic research of the news to find out the probably non imaginary names of the fictional characters. But that is the real fun!

Shocking Revelation
A jaw-dropping and shocking insight into the nexus between Indian cricket, Bollywood, and Politicians. One might comprehend the underlying corruption, bribery, and greed of amassing wealth that transpires when a country of cricket frenzied buffs, sported by their favorite celebrities work for hand in gloves with politician-underworld nexus. While this book, like its prequel, is mentioned as a work of fiction, anyone who is abreast of current affairs and who's who in the Indian arena can well associate the characters in the book to real-life personalities, albeit there is an element of fiction to add flavor to the episode, or maybe not, as there could many truths that are outside the purview of the real world that the common man is oblivious. Like its prequel, the author has introduced all the characters of the book at the beginning and the references at the end, enabling curious readers to dig up and read through, if interested. While this book could only be a concise glimpse of the gargantuan reality that showcases the nefarious nexus, one can imagine how developed India could have been, both economically and socially, had these brains and wealth worked in unison towards the common goal of progressive India. Thank you, Sree Iyer, for this wonderful and eye-opening sequel. Eagerly waiting for the final part of your trilogy.

Sensational and Eye-opening
Book does reveal alot about the hidden world of Bollywood, Cricket and how it is controlled by Politicians who overlook there responsibilities for personal gain. Books does stand by the phrase "All that glitters is not gold"... And makes the command man aware about not getting attached to the outcome of results of Cricket match. The money has made the game better or otherwise??? is something that we need to ponder as a cricketing nation where it is more a religion than a sport... Thanks Iyer sir for letting us know the picture behind the scene.

Good sequel...
Starts interestingly. Slows down to a crawl in the middle when the Don Dilwar is introduced. Mix of fiction and non-fiction. Mixing fails. It would have been better to weave a tight fiction around cricket match fixing rather than bringing in unnecessary masala. Abrupt ending. But I admire the author. He is truly a man of many talents. Simply awed. Hope the next one in the series is more taught and exciting.I don't know if it mattered but I had suggested this subject of match fixing when I reviewed the first book in the series. Pleasantly surprised that he wrote on the very subject. Next suggestion, write about the corrupt cops of Mumbai and their shenanigans. Fake encounter specialists. Tonnes of material available to write many novels!

Politicians, Bollywood and Cricket - A toxic cocktail
This and "Who painted my money white" should be mandatory reading for all Indians! :)This book tries to narrate what really happened in India in the last few decades with politicians, cricket and bollywood forming a toxic cocktail. The names are changed and deliberately fuzzed to get the book published but most of it is easy guessing. It talks about the rise of the most dreaded terrorist in Mumbai with political backing and how this mafia controls cricket with Dubai as the hub. It talks about sleazy, corrupt and evil congress politicians and what India has succumbed to in the last few decades. It is a mind blowing account of events and I was constantly googling to find out who certain characters were.I am impressed with the research that has gone into this book and am amazed at how the author got to know such information. It helps us understand what could have happened behind the scenes of some of the high-profile "suicides" that occurred in India recently. This book was also like reading a horror novel, it fills you with a sense of fear and anxiety about the future of a great country which has been left at the mercy of a few evil politicians!
