SGTXPB1 Personal Bundle Home Karaoke System

There are a number of good reviews already posted so there is no point for us to repeat it here. However, we have been using our Singtrix for over 4 months now and have some thoughts or input that hopefully will be useful for you.The product: we have been using our Singtrix since December for family activities or get together with friends and it is the best entertainment for the money. Our little kids love singing and acting silly with Singtrix, and it has been the highlight of several get together among our friends (one just recently got the bundle, and another friend of ours is considering it). Of course it does not make us sound like Celine D or Justin T, but it made us sound good enough to be enjoyable to listen to, and it will make some who already are good singers to sound like a pro. And if you need help, we find Singtrix's customer service to be attentive and excellent all around.Hints: buy a second mic immediately because your kids will fight for the mic. And if you have no kids, it's a lot of fun singing duet with your friends! If you are going to buy a mic, get another Singtrix Mic. We used a Behringer mic at first and discovered that it is not as sensitive (loud) as the original Singtrix so you will have two different volume level from each mic. So, lessons learned here is just to get another Singtrix mic for leveled volume.Notes to Singtrix: we love the product and your customer service is top notch. Two inputs for your consideration: 1) please sell the stand as a separate item. We did not get the big bundle because we do not need the speaker (it is tied into our home theater system) but it would be good to be able to buy the mic stand separately. 2) for future release, please consider adding gain control for the source input. Our input is from the TV and its line volume cannot be controlled so we have to pass it through a mixer then to the Singtrix. Other than that, it is a great product!If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask. And have fun with it! :)

I tried to hook this up to my receiver, and home theater speakers. It sounded terrible no matter how I changed up the volume between the singtrix, my phone, or the receiver. Lots of static and feedback from the mic.Really disappointed. I think it's probably good if you use headphones. It's a child's toy.

Did my research on this item and it always came highly recommended. So I went with it, and my girl cannot be happier! She absolutely loves the sound of it and all of the effects! I’m not a karaoke singer at all!! It makes me sound good! LOL! I use my Bose surround sound system on it, so it sounds AMAZING! I also contacted them to get a mic stand and they quickly replied and said, “of course”!

Don't get me wrong. It's a fun little toy, but for a professional karaoke host like myself, the sound was just too metallic and a lot of the effects sound exactly the same. There are a few that are fun to play with, though. I don't think it magically makes "bad singers sound good", though..it just makes bad singers sound robotic. One big problem is the "professional mic" is crap. I took the mic out of the unit and plugged it into my mixer to see what it sounded like without the Singtrix and I could barely get a signal out of it. It sounded all distorted and weak. This could be because I bought a used unit. Also, it was hard to get the music and the mic to balance but that is probably because the mic is junk. Also, it's a pain to have to spin the dial to the effect you want when a keypad would work SO much better. I'll play with it some more and see if I can get it to work better. Great for home use, but if you're a professional host, I'd look for something else.

Not a toy, but an awesome series of studio filters and fun effects. If you sing well, this will just give you the same filters (or close enough) the pros use when recording or performing live. Just set to PRO.. No pro sings into a "dry" (no filter) mic.... ever! Why should you. I use with a wireless Sure Beta58 and it's a nice marriage. Purchased new and had an issue with one channel dropping out and distortion after a month. Thought it was just quarks of the unit. After 3 months, channel dropped for good. Called customer service and they were fantastic. Went above and beyond and got me a replacement unit that works perfectly. Sarah (not sure if that's the automated name or if it is an actual person) was polite, understanding and took care of me right away. Highly recommended.

This is really ok but not awesome . I wish the sound was a bit more clear instead of so much feedback , it does the job and the kids have a lot of fun changing the settings to sound like robots haha . It was easy to connect . Fun but not as great as we thought .

Frankly, I just think this is crap. Plugged it onto my PA system and played along with some YouTube Karaoke songs, but any of the "modulated" sounds do not fit with the music - wrong key or whatever. Should have spent my money on singing lessons I guess.

Saw this on Shark Tank and ordered for my wife for Christmas since we love Karaoke. This is a great unit, it's very easy to use in conjunction with karaoke tracks off of YouTube, plug into your ipad, iphone, or TV and some speakers and you're ready to go. Unit does a lot of really cool effects and comes loaded with tuning for specific artists and song types which was a nice surprise that I didn't know about when I ordered. Lots of fun!

I bought singtrix karoke studio bundle from singtrix usa through amazon india in july 2017. It worked for six months. 90 days warranty is over. It can not be repaired even with payment because it is to be sent to usa. This product should not be purchased for use out side usa.

This is just a toy for kids. No serious work can be done with it
