After a lot of researching, humming and hawing, I finally pulled the trigger on this machine. If you read the bad reviews, it appeared to me that most problems were with not following the directions or improper handing by the customer. I do not represent the company in any way shape or form.It took me only a few minutes to put this machine together, Maybe they've do some improvements, but it was really easy. I was up and running in about five minutes. The press is already set to have a fair amount of pressure on the press, so there was no need for me to set the pressure. I made adjustments just to understand how the machine works. The key pad controls slide into a mounting bracket on the side of the swivel arm. I do advise to read the very simple operations manual before setting up your temperature and time settings. took me a second to figure it out, but it's real easy. I followed the instruction on my HTV, set the machine to the recommended settings, and vola... 15 seconds later, my first shirt was done. It came out perfect. Then I made eight more shirts all came out perfect so far.Recommendations to using this machine. Before using, let the iron get up to temperature and wait 15 minutes for the entire element to heat evenly. Make sure that you read the recommended heat and time settings for the vinyl you're using. Pressure should be firm, but not hard. I think a lot of problems people are having is that the over tighten the press pressure.I have not used the hat press or the plate or cup accessories. I will update my review when I do.2/18/21 Okay, I've been using this machine for several months now. I've uses all the attachments and I have to say I'm very happy with this heat press. I've learned that you need to understand how each attachment works before using. The only attachment that I've had trouble with is the hat press. It's not a machine issue, but rather the type of hat that I was using. I really had to wrestle the hat into place and make sure the HTV did not move. Once I figured out how to place the hat on the attachment, no problems at all. I'm really impressed with the cup press. I'm not sure why there are a few bad reviews other than operator error.

This was the second heat press I purchased after I tried the Cricut brand heat press. I did a ton of research and finally landed on this one as being the best quality for the price. I absolutely love it!! The only issue is that the timer on ours doesn’t work. It supposed to initiate as soon as you lock the heat press down but it doesn’t. It’s not a big deal tho I just keep track of the timing myself.One other drawback was the instructions. They’re roughly translated into English and were not proofed by a native english speaker so some parts of the instruction don’t make any sense at all, and they’re very vague surface instructions at that.The machine itself isn’t hard to use but without the instructions, there’s really no way to troubleshoot if you have an issue and It would definitely make the machine easier to put together and use if the instructions made sense.

I LOVE my heat press! I have had it almost a year and I use it almost every single day. It heats up quickly and is easy to use. The attachments are easy to swap out and work well. I had a slight issue with it when the temp box wouldn’t turn on BUT the customer service was FANTASTIC! They replaced the temp box within a very short period of time. I read up on the heat presses before I bought them and wiring issues were reported over and over again on just about every machine so I am THRILLED that the company was so helpful!! This machine was in the top 3 presses I read about online. I would recommend to a friend!

Pros: This machine heats evenly and the pressure is even too. I like the more compact size, the swing away, and the pull out tray.Cons: The timer does not work, and the instructions are translated badly and difficult to understand. I found a YouTube clip of someone using the same machine, and that helped.This is the 2nd brand I have tried. The timer issue wasn’t important enough for me to return since I was otherwise happy with the quality.

Best heat press!! I bought in Feb 220 and for the money it’s a great buy! Absolutely love it and I use it several times a week! I ordered and expected long shipping times but it arrived in 3 days! When I opened the box, I found all the expected part! I have not sure all parts even now but buy have the mug and hat press and loved both! It isn’t too hard to assemble or to change the press parts! The timer was a little tricky to figure out but with video online I figured it out as well! The heat press weighs about 50 lbs so it’s fairly heavy! And you need a good clearance area for the top to turn! The only problem I have had is the smell of the heat press is pretty smelly and strong! I use grill mats instead of buying Teflon sheets but overall a great value!!

Arrived a day earlier than was expected...yay! Unboxed easily, ready to use. All I had to do was slide the console onto the press arm and plug-in. Didn't even need instructions which were indeed translated English (you could tell they were translated by some of the wording). Did lol them over though. They showed how to loosen the screws to switch out plates and how to switch out base plate for hat attachment. Haven't gotten to actually use it yet but was too excited to wait to review. Will add to review if any issues or concerns to share. Love it. Heading to local hobby shop now.T-shirt press function works great. Just used the directions on back on the vinyl label and voila!

This heat press is amazing. I would also like to add how incredible the sellers customer service is. I had broken a rod by using too much pressure and ( totally my fault) and I contacted them to see about a replacement part and they were very willing to send me the part at no cost to me. Well the package had gotten stolen from my porch so I contacted them to see what could be done. (Again not their fault) but they AGAIN were willing to send me another part! So thankful because as a stay at home mom this heat press allowed me to earn some income and contribute to my household. Best customer service and a great product. Deserves 5 stars!
