These socks are really good I have got shin spilts have for bout 3 weeks now put the socks on and well.it feel like I its better and.yes I do alot of walking .

Helps calf issue

Got these as a week before doing a 26 mile charity walk i got a pain down my shin that wouldn’t go away. They were amazing and really did the job and I was able to complete the walk. Would definitely recommend.

Didn't wear them as ones ordered was too small. Size says s/m but are small thing this is miss leading should be small or medium or large . I would say they looked well made but had to send them back.

I used to get cramps at night but I used these twice only and I've been cramp free for months. Can't recommend enough!

I have a 33 cm calf so I ordered S/M 12"-16". Unfortunately, the sleeves were extremely tight and painful to keep on I had to cut them off with a pair of scissors in order to remove them then discard them.Since most of the products online are made for the Asian consumer. If happen to be living in Europe or N. America, I suggest ordering one size larger. Not recommended.
