I used this on beer can chicken. Moisture and flavor are very good. My plan is to inject some chicken breasts for sous vide cooking and see how I like that.

I've mixed it both with chicken broth and water. Will not use water again. Doesn't give poultry much flavor when not mixed with a broth. We use it when we smoke chicken and I am planning on trying it when we do our turkey.

Easy to use. It makes the juiciest bird without overpowering the turkey. If you want a good clean injection without overpowering amount of that 'one flavor' that 'one person' in the family doesn't like, this is for you.

This product does wonders for a whole chicken. I could definitely tell a difference in how juicy the bird was when I injected. The added flavor to the inside of the meat was awesome. This really makes a difference on those thick breast pieces. I won't cook a whole chicken without this stuff ever again.
