Lovely for iced tea == that won't keep you awake!
I usually make iced tea with this & it's wonderful! Flavor is not too in your face but still there. I love that it's decaf, too. I've bought 10+ boxes of this!

This is excellent tea!
I wanted to drink green tea, but caffeine is not good for me. I wanted the Japanese variety, and I found this great tea. It has a pedigree of years of production, and it tastes wonderful. The genmaicha has the roasted brown rice in it, which gives it a lovely flavor. So with this tea, I got the health benefits of green tea without caffeine and the lovely taste of authentic Japanese tea. Wonderful.

Tastes Good
I'm not a fan of green tea but decided to try to replace my morning coffee with decaf tea and coffee. I have resistant hypertension and caffeine is often one of the first enjoyments doctors recommended eliminating. Ive tried the green tea regiment for healthfulness before but never stick to it as I don't really enjoy it. It's not as delicious as that first black coffee to start my morning! I have tried the Trader Joes decaf green tea and its ok considering its much cheaper than this brand. I have to agree w the reviews... it is smooth tasting, and there is no after taste that lingers. It's expensive but worth it since I can finish a cup. Still don't love it but maybe Ill grow to enjoy it. Ive got plenty of other green tea bags in my cupboard but I think I'll toss them. This one tastes the best. I would recommend this product.

Steeped brown, not green
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very mild flavor. Mellow. But I’m concerned that this isn’t the best option or choice for an authentic Japanese sencha green tea- because instead steeping to a light green; it’s brown. Which means there’s oxidation. That can come with excessive steeping, but I only steeped it for 2 minutes in 10 oz of water - I can’t find anything regarding the companies processing of the leaves- no date of expiration available- no date as far as when they were processed and package-so I don’t think I’m going to purchase my green tea choices through Amazon again

Incredibly smooth!
This is one of the best green teas I've ever had, and even as decaf it's still fantastic. Mild, not bitter. Fantastic.
