This is a fine niche tool
Do not compare this to a gasoline or electric pressure washer, those are violent sprayers that have their time and place. This DeWalt is a unique finesse spray washer that I'm glad I found. With a little pre-soaping this is the perfect tool to use to degrease your engine compartment without blasting things apart. Clean Venetian blinds laid out on the driveway. Wash widows, facia and soffits, clean post lamps and landscape lights. Wash reusable filters and screens, outdoor A/C coils....... in short, all those things that you don't want to blast with high pressure, and you will find out there are a lot of things that this is perfect for.Dewalt did not make a mistake with this tool, it serves well the niche that it was designed for.Notwithstanding all of the above, this pressure sprayer can, while attached to a garden hose with the turbo nozzle installed and set on high pressure, indeed do a decent job on decks, porches, bricks and concrete, albeit at a very much slower pace, but doable, especially on a small project, like say a shower stall or door slabs.I found this power washer, many times, keeps me from needlessly breaking out the gas monstrosity.

Very easy to use and portable
I use this for smaller cleaning projects that I don't want to go to the trouble of firing up my Stihl gas powered washer. It gets the job done on light to medium tasks like blasting algae or mold off my windows, as well as general things like car washing and blasting dog poop residue off my pool deck. The portability and light weight of this tool makes it a winner, for me. I have 3 of the 20v. batteries and that is great plenty for my needs. I own a DeWalt portable vacuum and one of their portable tire inflators, also. All use the same battery packs, which is a big plus for my needs.

Great Tool for Light Jobs
The media could not be loaded. Man, I almost didn't buy this thing! I was scared off by the negative reviews! I am not sure if the people with the negative reviews received a faulty product or if their expectations weren't properly aligned. As for me, it works as well, and maybe a bit better, than I had hoped.First .. what are your expectations? Check out my video... if you are looking for a pressure washer to do light jobs (like removing green mold from your deck) you will likely be very happy. If you are looking for something to blast surfaces with his psi's ... well this might not be the product for you. Remember this washer is using a 20V battery... high powered pressure washers are usually 1) big 2) gas or 3-phase powered 3) expensive. This Dewalt pressure washer is none of those things - so don't expect commercial results.Notes-- I do have one pretty large complaint (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Dewalt uses plastic fittings throughout. I have no doubt that at some point, one, or all, of these fittings will crack. The main fitting into the gun is clear plastic... I am assuming they made it this way so you can visually see if the filter is getting clogged. It just seems like this is a problem waiting to happen. I would have greatly preferred a different type of filter and the use of brass fittings. None of these fittings have cracked on me yet, but I am doubtful they will make it more than a few years before they fail.- It comes with a piece of flexible hose (and a bobber!) so that you can pump directly from a bucket instead of needing a connected water hose. I haven't tried it yet... but I am assuming the pressure will drop when you use it from a bucket. Now you have turned your pressure washer into a submersible pump and while it will work it now has to provide *all* of the energy to get the water moving.- Has an attachment so that you can add soap or cleaner. I haven't had a need to try it yet. This is another area where I wish they had used higher-quality fittings.- Comes with 4 nozzle heads- The assembly was pretty easy. The directions weren't great, but they were usable.- When you are done, the whole unit disassembles and can fit in a provided mesh bag.Final Verdict - If your expectations are in line, I think you will be happy with this Dewalt 20v Pressure Washer. I do wish they used higher-quality fittings but that is my only real complaint.

Pass on this! Multiple defective units, customer service run around, requires additional purchase.
Long story short: be sure to test this unit as soon as you get it so you don't end up losing your money and getting the run around by customer service. If you don't have a Dewalt charger, you need to buy that too. I bought this pressure as a father's day gift, but my husband didn't use it for 90 days. When he did use it, it did not draw water effectively from the bucket and hardly sprayed. When you set the unit down, it leaks from the attachment (don't use indoors!). Because it was past 90 days, customer service told me to take it to a service center for repair (potentially at customers cost). I called and they said they don't service units under warranty. Contacted customer service again and they sent me a new unit. The new unit had the SAME problem! It appears the source of the problem is the hose connection. In order to get the most meager and sporadic sprays you need to put the bucket above the sprayer to leverage gravity. Then you need to secure the attachment with one hand while you try to spray with the other (like a phone charger cord that is loose). Even then, it leaks all over the place. The whole set up and clean up was an annoying hassle. Contacted customer service for the third time. They sent me back to step 1 - take the unit (now 2 units) to a repair center. I'm so beaten down at this point, I'm giving up and throwing both units in the trash. The time I've spent dealing with this is more the original cost of the unit. Summary: Don't take the risk with this product! If you use it once, and it works, but it breaks the second time you use it after 90 days, you will be out about $150 + battery, driving the tool all over town hoping the repair is covered by warranty, not to mention the time out of your life wasted with customer service run-arounds. Life is too short - the potential hassle of this tool is not worth whatever ease you think it will bring to your life.

Not as powerful as I thought
Bought this to clean my grill and smoker grill, it’s not as powerful as I thought it was, but it did do the job, just took longer than I thought it would. Was able to clean my wife’s carpet shampoo machine pretty quick though, so I’ll keep it.
