Where is the ascorbic acid in your Vitamin C dreived from (i.e. corn, etc.)? Also, where is this made?

Ascorbic acid I is vitamin C. They guy saying it isn't vitamin C, is 100% wrong. A great example of the Dunning Kruger effect in action. From the Mayo Clinic "Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a nutrient your body needs to form blood vessels, cartilage, muscle and collagen in bones. Vitamin C is also vital to your body's healing process."

Why does the title say with citrus bioflavonoids and rose hips but not listed on the product lable?

It states its made with citrus and rose hip to form vitamin c...then it is not truly vitamin c ( ??) .

Ascorbic acid is vitamin C. All vitamin C is made in lab from corn. To extract it from food would be prohibitively expensive.
