Comfortable, good quality, good sound
They are very comfortable and built with high quality. People say I sound very clear and the noise cancelling mic is good. The sounds is good on my side. They have lasted four years so far and are working as well as they did when new. These have worked out so well I've raised my review from 4 to 5 stars. They are still going strong other than one of the ear-pads starting to rip, which I now am looking to replace. (Note to Amazon: in your suggestions for what else to buy with things like this, how about giving some actually useful suggestions like replacement parts. You currently suggest also buying a single-ear model headset in addition to buying this two-ear model... I don't see any value in that suggestion). Before these over the years I tried at least five cheaper headsets (the $30 brands that only have one ear piece and typically broke after a year) and also the SH 250, which I returned because I could not not get the volume low enough (neither those nor the 350 has a volume control - you are at the mercy of the volume control that your phone provides, and sometimes my panasonic cordless phone's lowest volume was too loud in those). I kept the 350s because I like them so much despite not being able to lower the volumn quite enough for some calls....it doesn't happen often and when it does I slip the pads off my ears a bit to reduce the volume going into my ears. The cord is a bit longer than I need - all I want is 3-4 feet, and this must be closer to 6 feet between the adapter and headphone sections - so I leave a few extra feet of it in a tangle so it doesn't get caught on things while swinging around loose.

Good product but deceptive ad specs and terrible customer service: I returned it.
Alerted by an earlier customer review and finding no specific info in the published specs, I asked Amazon's dedicated specialist if this headset came with a 2.5mm connector with which to connect wireless and cell phones. He informed me "yes". This info was wrong; and when I contacted Amazon for guidance about connecting it, Amazon was clueless and simply invited me to return the unit.Having been a satisfied Sennheiser customer I was confident that Sennheiser would be responsive, so I tried to contact Sennheiser for guidance. After being directed to multiple email contacts and losing several weeks after my last inquiry, I received Sennheiser's email response simply specifying a product number for their proprietary adaptor. The process had been an ordeal and the adaptor's cost was not trivial.I returned the unit to Amazon. and I hope to require no support for the several other Sennheiser products I have recently purchased. Obviously, Sennheiser products are no longer on my preferred list and I have lost confidence in Amazon's dedicated product specialts.

good quality and the listener can hear her better
My wife uses these at work; good quality and the listener can hear her better. it doesn't block out all the noise in her office, but it sure helps. She loves them.

Poor wiring insulation failed in 3 years, although the sound and comfort are great
Excellent sound, very comfortable, with a significant flaw: over the year or two I've had them the outer wire insulation has broken off in multiple places, exposing the delicate inner wires. At first when this started to happen I thought it was my fault, that I had somehow damaged the wire in my desk drawer, etc. But then the insulation broke off of its own accord in several other spots, and it continues to come apart. The delicate inner wires are still intact, so it hasn't stopped working, but I'm concerned it will now rapidly wear and break. Considering the price, I expected this headset to last quite a few years longer. Update Feb. 2018, 3 years after purchase: the outer insulation continued to degrade and last week one of the inner wires broke, causing me to lose sound on the left. Not acceptable after such a short time.

Great headphones
I don't know how I ever lived without phone headphones. I can do so much while I am on the phone. These have lasted for several years with no problems. The only drawback, the cord is long and tends to get hung up on things if I am walking and talking. I have to be careful that they do not get ripped off my head when the cord catches.
