You can purchase special cleaning solutions for brushes, but I just use a bit of liquid dish or hand soap with cold water, gently clean and rinse until water runs clear, then pat dry with a towel or paper towel, and leave to air dry over night. This technique has worked well for all my brushes.

Q: Are some of the bristles longer than others?

No, but some are more feathery than others.

Q: Can this brush cover acne scars well? I usually use a more pointed brush to target the scars but this one looks more satisfying to apply,lol

Best bet is to use a sponge to cover scars with foundation then use this brush for finishing. This brush works the best as a finishing stiple brush :)

Q: Does this brush work good for blending under eye concealer?

It's a little large for the small area as under the eye. A smaller concealer brush would still be needed, but as far as over all blending it does great.
