The perfect combination of spices that I would put up against honest Indian (or curry-type) restaurants.The only suggestion I would make is possibly have an option of it being in a spice jar. The serving sizes of the pouch makes a large amount (there is only two of us) leaving us to freeze or discarding leftovers.

The product itself is good and made a great curry. It’s not spicy at all and great for folks who are looking for a mild curry but I would suggest looking elsewhere. Why? Well you get 3 packs of 28g each which is not much. I used one whole pack to make curry that serves 4 people. The cost of $17 for a spice blend which is not organic seems way too high. I might be spoilt because I come from the land of spices and used to spices at low cost. However even the most popular Japanese curry roux on the market goes for $3+ for 3.2 oz which is more than the entire quantity you are getting in this spice pack. Just don’t think it is worth it. Unless you are strictly gluten free and can’t find anything else.

We have no real cooks in our house and the Masi Masa spices made it easy to make delicious meals with easy to follow recipes right on the package with even more ideas on their website - we almost felt like real cooks _ will definitely be going back for more and great gift idea for the holidays!

This tastes nothing like green curry you would get from a Thai restaurant. In my opinion it isn't even good at all. Not spicy, weird taste. So disappointed :(

I totally appreciate that the nutrition info is visible (despite blurry) in the photos! Most vendors in this venue don't comply with nutrition disclosure laws... I've loved ones who are on salt restricted diet and we all love love love Japanese curry. Most of the grocery store currys have salt quantities that are toxic to my health compromised family members' health. The lower amount in this product allows me to prepare one of our favorite meals again, yay!

I got this because my partner has celiac, but curry is delicious and I wanted to make it for him. This is very good curry, though I had a bit of trouble getting it to thicken. Definitely keep some flour or cornstarch on hand to fix any thickness issues. Sometimes you have to add a bit more to fix it up but once you've got it, it's perfect!
