After hunting long and hard for a Methyl B-12 that has no flavoring, no sugar, no sweetener, no dye coloring no starch , no rice flour THIS IS MY NEW CHOUCE FOR LIFE!! Yes, there's some slight coloring. But only slight coloring. The long, flat shape of tablet makes it easy for older folks to break in half . I break mine apart and crush it and hold it in my mouth sublingual style like a mouthwash, then swallow it all after 30 seconds. Then chase it with water. This micro crystalline filler used enables this tablet to go both ways: as a swallowed, easily dissolved tablet, or as a sublingual . The big flat oval shape makes this easy. No soy. No starch. This will please the Keto folks. I beg the manufacturer to never change anything about this tablet. This is perfection. When I took the first dose I got an instant "friendly little flutter" (literally speaking) in the heart. That flutter quit as quickly as it came. This was my signal that it was much needed, and its potency was as promised. Then I felt a burst of energy and reduction in muscle pain. These were similar signs my body gave me when a thiamine /B-complex deficiency was addressed recently by taking Sari brand nutritional yeast. Nutritional yeast has all B vitamins, except B-12. I'm a poor absorber of food sources B-12. That's why I needed Methyl B-12. Thank you to this manufacturer for not sending chump crap that resembles Sweet Tarts candy. This is my brand for life!

High potency product.

I almost never write a review and I may jumping the gun--took the first one this morning and about noon it either kicked in or the energy fairy showoff up. I don't drink coffee or tea because it does wake me up but it is not a good wake up. I am 81, had a massive near death 3 month battle with sepsis...result Non stop Fatigue,,,,the kind that won't even goo away long enough to get dressed in morning. The fatigue is so bad doctor prescribed aderall...I was not impressed so stopped after 3 days. But this large dose of B12 almost scared ne when it kicked in --thingns I haven't done for myself in 3 years I was doing them this afternoon...IF I was just having the energy fairy here and this does not continue I will take the time to re-write my review. For an absolute miracle

This is a good B12 supplement since I’ve been taking it. I don’t have the 2 PM crash and I feel better.If you are deficient in B12, I definitely would not hesitate to recommend this product!

I first bought zobaline for my cat's diabetic neuropathy and they worked well, but I only got 60 (3 mg) tablets and they were more expensive. This is 120 (5 mg) tablets and after I cut them in half, will last 240 days... 4x the doses for ~2/3 the price! His neuropathy is much better and I will continue using these. The quality is very good, possibly better than the other brand. I have to crush them between spoons before mixing in his food because the outside is harder than the Z tablets, but I am very happy with this purchase!
