This product is very sturdy, and has a good feel in your hands. It is smaller than the regular character sheet, but that’s not a problem for me. It comes with markers and a carrying pouch, which is definitely a plus, and I got a warranty for my boards. While I don’t think I’ll need the warranty, considering the great quality of the boards, but I definitely got the feel of great customer service as soon as I opened the package and saw that. I’ve seen some other reviews mentioning how putting them in the pouch will erase parts of the board, and while this may be true, what my plan is for the products is to have a character sheet made of paper, and I’ll use these to track things I erase frequently, such as hitpoints, spell slots, and abilities. This is the way I would recommend using them. If you don’t have a character sheet, you can get the print for them for free, or use D&D Beyond to create a free character. As far as the other things on the board go, like treasure, you can keep track of this on the boards, but again I might recommend paper if you plan on putting these in the pouch between sessions. Overall, I love this product. This is one of my reviews that I wish I could give more than five stars to. Not only is the idea amazing, but the execution is phenomenal.I am a Dungeon Master, so I’m not going to use this immediately, but when I saw this I loved the idea so much that I just bought it. I will take part in a future campaign we have planned as a player, but I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to get this. Seriously, I love this product. The idea behind it is such a great one.

Not the most practical character sheet, but very good quality!

This is not a flimsy bit of plastic; it's a thick and strong but still completely able to remove your writing from easily with the included markers with erasers. I really enjoy having all my information in front of me so I don't forget anything.

How useful these are to you depends on how you play and how your DM runs things. I take tons of notes and have two separate notebooks that I'm constantly taking notes in, with pages full of me keeping track of how much gold, HP, spell slots, and whatever, in addition to my character sheets. While I agree that these are smaller than I anticipated and that they do smudge when you put them back in the bag, they still work perfectly for what I need them for. It's so much easier to use these to keep track of things that are constantly changing and only having to write down my info at the end of the session than filling up pages of my notebook. At the end of the session, I record my final numbers and wipe the tablets off. I'm not a hardcore D&D player, but I'm very particular on keeping notes, so this saves me a lot of paper. If my DM showed up with a bunch of giant maps and miniatures, I could see how these would take up too much table real estate, but mine is more minimalist so it isn't am issue.

My sister had these on her wishlist so I got them for her birthday. She is loving them!! Says they are exactly what she was wanting!!
