Where's the quality control?
Package had been previously opened as the staples had been removed. Package was missing side plate, base, and counterweight, and related hardware. Very sloppy. Amazon has $1,000 of my money and now I have to wait for a refund, which will take some time. Amazon would not ship the missing parts.
