I know you've heard the expression "Greatest thing since sliced bread!". Take it to the bank this truly applies to this product! I play a lot of golf in eastern Tennessee and it gets hot and muggy, put this around your neck turn it on and be prepared for a most pleasant surprise, cool air will surround your neck and head providing instant relief. Combine this with a Frog Tog on a really hot day and you'll think you're in your living room with the AC cranking on high. Can't think of an application that this would not provide welcome relief from the heat. If you work or play outdoors in the summer buy this now!! My only suggestion for improvement would be a better battery system. 2 rechargeable batteries that you could pop in and out would be ideal, presently you recharge the Arctic Air and when the charge runs out (about 6 hours) you're done. Excellent product!!

It blows air but not really cool air like it says

First of all the one was more like a cream color is flax is stretches it goes up and down like your knees and you’re jogging right to left , left to right. So the first one you see the little pimple bumps inside the neck area that’s the original one mistakenly a Walmart delivery came and I end up with that one for free thanks to Walmart they told me to keep the item because it was a wrong delivery 2021… I gave it to my daughter because she works where she goes up and down the hill to get to her job every day and it works Fabolous.. she FaceTime me today what is it July 16. 2023. And if Lexus up and down and it has the Has the white bumps inside the barrier of the neck… This one I decide to order one through Amazon this is pure white the color is different and I stretched it till almost broke because it doesn’t flex. end it doesn’t swivel and it doesn’t flex and it’s like hard plastic false advertisement I am so pissed I don’t have time for this as a care provider if you’re going to make a product make it the same is the other one come on people this one is not the same as the one from 2021 going right back to Amazon I’m sick of returns

Pros:- Comes with it's own charger and charges quickly- Does give off actually cool air- Seems to have a great battery life- Not too bad to carry when not in use (we hung on stroller handlebar)Cons- Bulkier than I'm okay with- Louder than we thought it would be- Dependent on body type, specifically the neck regionI'm torn.... the first time I ordered one of the these, I could tell it was a customer return. The box looked opened and when I unboxed everything, it wasn't manufacturer grade.This time they arrived perfectly, and on time. Right off the bat, I liked that they looked sleek even though they felt bulky if that makes sense. They came with chargers, so I charged them immediately. I tested out the noise and it seemed annoying but I thought it wouldn't be a big deal in a crazy loud zoo.I brought a pair for myself and a pair for my mom. They fit the same on the both of us, we're the same height and comparable weight. We did try it on my husband and my brother, and it wasn't a good fit for either. Both are taller and leaner and the air didn't hit their necks or their faces. One of the devices wouldn't shut off, it's like the button got stuck or something, it made sense that it's battery drained very quickly. The bulkiness got more annoying the longer we used them, when I tried it on the night before, it wasn't that bad, but I hadn't considered we'd each be wearing backpacks or drawstring bags. It would be nice if the design was sleeker.My mom loved it! She felt relief and wants to buy one for herself and my dad, I am not sold. I didn't feel the relief that she described, it may come down to a neck issue. I don't think that the most powerful setting was powerful enough. Honestly, if you're a mom reading this, you're better off buying an extra stroller fan and putting it on the handlebar facing you. That would give you a lot more relief than this. My brother also didn't like it, it was too noisy and the cold air didn't hit his face.

These neck coolers are awesome!!! I don't sweat like normal humans do, and get heat exhaustion easily when out in the heat & humidity. For years I have used the neck bandanas with the cooling beads in them to stay cool. As soon as I saw these AIR COOLERS come out, I had to try one. AMAZING is my best description! Whether Im riding/pushing the mower, playing with the toddlers I watch, or cooking food in my hot kitchen OR in front of the BBQ grill I'm cooled the whole time. I make sure my neck cooler is plugged in 24/7.I just gave my EX one for his 80 birthday as he is still on his tractor putting in a veggie garden every year. I cannot wait to hear back from him after he uses it this week.I gave my brother, a chef, one to use in the kitchen of the restaurant he works in. He said his coworkers made fun of him at 1st, but now 3 others have bought them and use them. Construction workers...you make like them, too. For the price they are the best kept secret for tolerating the heatBTW, our outdoor concert venues in Charlotte refuse to allow us into the venue with them. THAT rule needs to change!!

I bought two for an Up north trip and they were barely used. Our heater core went out, meaning no heating OR cooling in our truck. For a three-four hour trip, I purchased these and they weren’t as efficient as I had hoped. Portability was somewhat of a plus. They are big as regular gaming/music headphones. One came charged and the other needed more juice. Once they were turned on, they did blow air although, it was just circulated air. The cooling effect, if any, was barely noticeable. They weren’t too obnoxious on your neck and nearly comfortable to the point of not noticing. Turning your head, you will. I ended up using one on my dog later in the week. He wore it well! I would not buy again.
