There are no issues with this cable I just think that people dont know what they are doing.... I plugged it up and it worked like new money!!! Great cable don't be afraid to buy it!

I used this cable to program my STRYKER SR-447HPC2. To do this I followed the directions available on the SUPPORT / SOFTWARE section of the STRYKER RADIOS website. Using the Windows 10 operating system, first I installed the PROLIFIC 3.2.0.0 driver, then I installed the SR_447HP_Setup_1.02 programming software. If the programming software is not connecting properly to the radio, you must select SETUP / COMMUNICATION PORT in the programming software and select another COM port. Make note, you can not use any generic USB cable to do this, as this PROLIFIC format cable has electronics built in to the USB connector portion of the cable. This cable appears to be well made and fairly rugged.

The cable is the perfect match for my Anytone AT-6666 Pro radio. Works great on Windows 12.
