The Cuff Wrist Ankle Weight 3 Lb, (1 Each)

I bought this to use on my ankles, while I like the feel of the weight on my ankles the leather is hard and caused scaring on the lower part of my ankles and foot. Didn't feel like the hassle of returning them.
