I have horrible pain in my right heel. I feel it mostly after I have sat down for a few minutes then have to get up to walk again. I end up limping for a while because the pain is so bad. Feel like a knife is going in and out of my heel with every step. I purchased these because I was desperate for ANY relief. These have helped a ton! I also love how my heel is so much softer after wearing. You do feel it when you're walking in shoes but it's not so annoying that you would dare take them out. Sleeping with them is awesome. I HATE wearing socks to go to sleep and these don't bother me at all. Would buy again.

Ok, so they look a little weird and their texture feels...weird. They remind me of something you would find in padded bras...but ANYWAY...I put one on my right foot that has plantar fasciitis and it felt SO MUCH BETTER. Walking feels much better because i have cushioning underneath my heel. They get dirty pretty easily, I also wouldn't wear them inside of shoes because they can make your feet really sweaty. I wear these when i'm at home barefoot. I only wish these were a little smaller. I wear a size 7 in women's and these feel too roomy.

I have very badly cracked heels. I file them a lot, but they continue to crack open. They can been very painful. These have helped a lot already. I use Gold Bond lotion on my feet, put these on and then a pair of thin socks over them. I sleep in them. Man.... what a difference already! I can only wear them during the day if I'm wearing flats. If I try to use them in high heels, my feet slip. But, just using them at night has been a huge benefit already!

...how much heel pain relief would occur. I will be wearing these constantly. I can even walk barefooted with little or no discomfort. Not only pain relief, but they softened my heel calluses to the point I am able to exfoliate dead skin twice a day. Washed them with hand soap, dried them and put them back on. They are so comfy I got in the shower wearing them. I am ordering more. These are now a part of my personal daily routine.

It comes in two colors flesh-colored and transparent. They definitely help cushion the blow when I am working out I wear them inside my socks. However my socks are black so they tend to discolor the kill gels. I have sharp pains in my heels and I feel like they definitely definitely help. When Warren for an extended amount of time even though there are some holes in it for ventilation they can get a tiny bit sweaty but that's where having a pair of socks over them comes in

I find these little heel pads to be helpful to lessen the pain in my heel from my PF. Unfortunately you have to wear socks with them or you cannot get your sneakers/shoes on, but they do work well to give me a little extra cushion. I am not sure how long they'll last, but so far, so good.

I bought this to give my heels a break for the hard surfaces. It helps immensely

They feel great even though my podiatrist said they won't do anything for my planter fasciaitis. I'm glad there were two pair because the first one desintigrated when I left them soaking in warm soapy water overnight. They do get smelly fast, so have to wash them, but not overnight.
