A Supplement I Keep Coming Back to
I’ve been ordering these supplements for years and will continue to do so. I’ve personally noticed a significant difference in how I feel when I take them consistently, and they’ve become a regular part of my routine. The pill size isn’t an issue for me, and I appreciate that they don’t have any noticeable taste or smell. The recommended dosage has also worked well for me, so I haven’t felt the need to adjust it. I really appreciate that they’re available through a subscription. It saves me from having to remember to reorder them and ensures I don’t run out when I need them. I also like that they come in a glass bottle rather than plastic, which is an added bonus for me. Overall, I think these are a great value for the money. B Complex without the Nausea!!!
I have been taking this B Complex for years and it’s by & large, the best one for me. I have absolutely no stomach upset that I would typically have with other brands of B Complex which honestly it the biggest selling point for me about this product. I cannot tell you how many times prior to using this product exclusively, that after taking B Complex without eating a hearty meal immediately before or after that I would be absolutely nauseous & sick to my stomach & occasionally dry heave. None of that is an issue for me with this product and that alone sells it for me. I can’t speak to the “medical” claims of taking B Complex (hair growth, energy, etc) because I’ve literally been taking B Complex for so long that I don’t remember what it was like prior to taking it. The tablets themselves are large so if that’s an issue for you, you may want to consider that prior to purchasing. However, I’ve had no concerns with the size. My personal opinion is that these are the best B Complex vitamins out there for someone like myself who has a history of not being able to tolerate other brands on an empty stomach.

Great Quality B-Complex and Easy to Add to My Daily Routine
I’ve been taking this B Complex as part of my daily vitamin routine and have been very happy with it. I specifically chose MegaFood because I like the ingredients and that it includes several B vitamins, including B6, B12, methylfolate, and biotin. The tablets are easy for me to take, and I appreciate that one bottle provides 90 servings. I’ve been trying to be more consistent with my vitamins, and this has been an easy addition to my routine. I also like that it’s vegan and Non-GMO Project Verified. Overall, I’m pleased with the quality and would purchase it again.
