Gund Fun Nurserytime 10" Lena Lamb Animated

This was beyond cute and soft. I gave this to a friend for her new baby. Both mommy and baby loved it. The words come out soft and soothing. I don't know what it is about this toy but the child took to it right away. The Amazon price for it was very good compared to stores in my area. The toy is well constructed and it has been over a year now and it is holding up very well, even with all the tugging that the child is doing to it. All parts still work and none of the threads have come out. Which brings up another point, all of the details on the doll are very well done. I know this was sewn by a machine but like German cars you can see that a lot of time and care was put into the details. I would suggest this toy for children from new born to probably a year and a half. There is nothing that a child can pull off and hurt themselves on so I would think that it is very safe. Great baby shower gift.

Lena Lamb & her baby is the most darling toy I've ever seen! The mother lamb's mouth actually moves when she recites the nursery rhymes as tinkling music plays and her voice is soft and gentle, as well as easy to understand. All you do is touch her "hand" and she begins to speak. It comes ready to go right out of the box, as the 3 AA batteries are included. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to give a unique gift to a baby or young child.

My granddaughter's two year old gift, along with a Vtech toy. Have to get them the "Ooooos" and the "Aaaaawse"I think she just watched because even I amazed at the mother sheep saying the nursery rhymes and turning her head to her baby lamb. They are well worth any cost to see that face and know that, yes, she will be learning a few things from this Gund.She's soft and huggable and your child will adore. Opal

This is just the softest, cutest thing I bought for my granddaughter's first birthday! After getting a lamb blanket from Pottery Barn at birth she has gotten attached to lambs. I can't wait to give this to her!!! I am so satisfied with the quality & manufacturing of this.I recommend this to anyone who wants to give a gift any child will cherish!

It’s not working rightA bit disappointed because I bought it for my grandson for Christmas and it’s past the return window

I fell in love with this sweet lamb and her baby. She is darling. Packaged perfectly. I though it would come in a gund box but I am very very happy with this item. And so nice and white. My mom is in a nursing home and I though she would love this for xmas. Thank you for such a fast shipment and a perfect item. Happy Hollidays to you and yours.

This is one of the best toys I've bought! The lamb moves and so does her mouth as she speaks. The baby was transfixed at the age of 3 or 4 months when the talking lamb was placed in her crib. The female voice is sweet and melodic. As she aged the baby continued to stop everything to watch & listen to the lamb with great interest & delight. Now that baby is 14 months she is still fascinated by the lamb but now she loves to put her finger in the moving mouth for the entire "performance." She can't figure out how to make the lamb speak, so she brings it to me to activate, and when the lamb is finished we often have another round of nursery rhymes and finger-probing of the moving mouth at baby's request.

Fur is not nice, rumpled and defected looking. I’m sorry I didn’t buy the one from Hammacher and Sclemmer for $10 more. This lamb does recite nursery rhymes and moves it’s head and that is cute. Overall disappointing to give as a gift to a newborn.

Beautiful gift for anyone with a new baby

This is the second Lena Lamb I've given as baby shower gifts. The first was about 3 years ago and the toddler takes it with her in the car to sing her to sleep. I'm hoping the next little one will like it just as much.

Wir suchten eine Spieluhr für unser Baby. Leider stand in der Beschreibung nicht,dass dieses Schaf wirklich riesig und megaschwer ist. Wer eine Spieluhr zum Hinstellen sucht,mag diese vielleicht mögen. Uns war sie viel zu groß,viel zu schwer und optisch sah sie auf dem Foto auch schöner aus.

This lamb is so adorable and soft. I got it for my newly arrived granddaughter, but my other 2 year old granddaughter absolutely loved it.
