I am one of the curious people who wants to know what is Swinging all about that's why I bought this book. I've read it online, saw it on tv and seen some on porn sites. It looks fun and interesting for couples but didn't know how it works or if there are really people doing it. One thing I learned from this book is, it's not a lifestyle for me. It might be for people looking for crazy fun of sex but not my cup of tea. I'm giving this book 5 star rating for explaining everything there is about Swinging. It definitely answers my questions. It's detailed and not boring to read. It talks about confidence, knowing your self and your partner, setting boundaries, trusting each other, which I feel like couples learn it even without getting into this kind of lifestyle. The book listed some terminology use in Swinging which is kind of fun to know. Read it if you're curious.

If you are even considering adding Swinging to your relationship I would recommend reading this book. Jealousy, lack of communication and basic relationship issues often make people think that Swinging will save their relationship. Please take the time to read this book if you are thinking along this path. I found that the book gave you basic dialogue to understand the lifestyle so you will be prepared to talk to others about the boundaries you might be willing to explore. But more importantly, it addressed the types of things that could emotionally injure a couple or an individual if they had not considered the dynamics involved. It is an easy read but it possesses a lot of information. Well worth investigating if you are a novice to Swinging.

Wasn't exactly what I was looking for. It does have great information just not the information that I was really looking for.

I have been married for 33 years now and although I would never suggest swinging with other couple this book taught me a few things. First, your foundation of your relationship has to be open and honest with your partner. And yes, I agree communication and expressing your sexual feelings with your partner is the best way to healthy relationship. If you can’t communicate your sexual desire with your partner, there is no way you will be able to with another couple. Everyone has boundaries what you can and can’t do even when swinging.There is good information about relationships in this book whether or not you want to swing or not. I would recommend reading it for a healthier relationship.
