Works well for my application
Need to turn as close as I could in place of a straight fitting. Work well and fittings are tight.

Allows equipment to move closer to shelf wall
My normal straight rca plugs weren’t letting me move my turntable to the center of my audio rack and were touching the back wall. I was concerned about vibration feeding back to the platter. These allow me to move the turntable back to a more solid center and keep the jacks from contacting the back of the cabinet. I don’t notice any difference in sound quality. The jacks are a tight fit to the rca jacks and turntable, but I consider that a plus.

Sound Saver!
Used these beauties to solve a reverb hum on my supersonic 22 head. Inherent factory problem with too long rca cables and stock connectors. Using these Gold connectors with beefier shorter cables allowed me to keep them away from the reverb transformer. Problem SOLVED!

Connection issues, intermittent sound
Well when I just got these I was excited. They seemed really nicely made. The connectors gripped really well. The problem is they're isn't a good internal connection. At least I think. I was using mine on subwoofers in my home theater. Seeing up dual subs one sub kept cutting out. I started thinking it was the sub until I moved the RCA cable and bam it came back to life. Then on a different sub it did it again. I'm glad I found the week link but bummed this didn't work out. I'm 15 days or so outside my return window so I'm out of luck. I tried to see if I can make the pin a little bigger and one of the plugs just broke way too easily. I'll try to add a picture but let me in sticking through the trash cuz I was so frustrated. Oh well. I wish I would have had the foresight to just buy cables that have this built in. Or you know, have these actually work correctly.
