Crystals: The Complete Beginner's Guide to Crystals and Crystal Healing

I did not realize when I bought this that it had no pictures for reference. Kind of hard to have a listing of different crystals with nothing to shoe you what they look like. Not very informative unless you already have a vast knowledge of crystals already and know exactly by sight what they look like. This is not a reference guide for novices or even intermediate collectors. This is only for very advanced knowledge collectors.

This book is a great resource to find information on crystals. This book clarified some of the doubts that I’ve had some time about crystal healing. There was a very good segment which showed the profile of 100 crystals. The profiles had their descriptions, colors, chakras, origins etc. I particularly liked this part of the book. Then there is the correspondence charts, which was somewhat like as if the whole subject was summarized and shrunk into a table. The data in it was very easy to figure out instead of reading lengthy paragraphs.This book discusses the basics, defines some practical examples, talks of how to source crystals and factors to consider when choosing them etc.

At the very beginning I want to say the truth: I don’t believe in magic forces and healing effect of stones and crystals. But I know several friends of mine who do believe! They are very enthusiastic in this subject: they always speak about stones; they try to find or buy some fascinating, beautiful, or powerful crystals; they practice some special rituals, and so on. If you are inclined to the same idea, this book is for you. You’ll find here comprehensive information about the topic, from the history of crystals usage in ancient time, to how they look like and how they work, including the basics of Indian teaching about chakras, or “energy wheels”, to description of meditation and rituals for releasing stones’ energy. It is clear, that the book was written by a fully devoted person who knows the thing perfectly.

Learning about precious stones and crystals always amazes me. The more I knew about it, the more interested I become. Not just for the belief in their supernatural qualities but also in their beauty and power. Reading through this book gives me greater understanding about crystals. It’s been known that crystals have different benefits and usage to people whether it’s for healing or the purpose of adornment. It’s been a wonderful exploration of knowledge reading this book. My appreciation and fascination about crystals and their uses has truly enhanced my understanding of their evolution and how the earth gives everything we need in order to live happy and healthy lives.

It surely has improved the vibe in our home, my wife got me to read it with her, it was her book choice to read together this month because she wanted to try Feng Shui in the house and for us to use crystals to have positive energy in our life and less stress, the book isn’t that long and it’s very interesting, it makes you think how to improve your life with all the stress surrounding life nowadays, I though it couldn’t hurt to give it a try to see if they worked and I’m quite pleased with the atmosphere in our house right now and also wanting to adapt it into other aspects of our lives.

Highly detailed book about a topic I find very important.The explanations and details provided are profound and help understand the benefits and potential qualities of crystals.But moreover, even for people that find it hard to believe crystals are this powerful, the history and science facts you find in this book take you step-by-step to the point of understanding and utilizing this intense natural mental and physical energy charger.Thanks for the thorough work done by the author!

One of the most amazing things that nature gave to us is the beauty of crystals, the things that we can feel, the use we can give from each type, form and size of crystals is awesome!, thanks to this book i can know more about the use of a lot of crystals, all well organized, the author did it well explaining a lot of kind of crystals in alphabetical order, would definitely recommend to Crystal lovers and also to people seeking to know more about this great gift nature gave to us in a lot of shapes! 5/5.

I was not that familiar with crystal healing and when I saw this book in promotion, I immediately purchase it. Crystal has been popular long way before our great grand mother are born and they are being used as a gift for the kings & queens. This book gives the complete details about Crystals the different magical energies that each crystal have. It was also mentioned in this book how crystal can do healing and it will teach you how to shop for your own crystal.

Awful, self published rubbish! The information in this book was no better than snippets found on the internet. Not much information - no pictures. No in-depth details, no substantiated facts. Waste of time buying this - I got a refund instead.

The book is no good for a beginner . It has no photos of crystals which is pointless if you are a beginner .you can’t learn by a brief description. Would not recommend this book for any level

I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she loves it. A great book bursting with all you want to know about crystals.
