Finger exerciser
Finger holes are big enough that I think the average person can use this. It is a good resistance stretching exerciser.

Great product
Exactly as shown and described. Helps a lot as I think I am starting to get arthritis. I type all day for work as well. I use this often and helps as it strengthens my fingers. I noticed that when I stop for a couple of days, i feel pain again.

great concept
love that you can use this for finger, fist, arm strengthening. The ball is squishy but still firm. The only thing is dust/hair sticks to it easily so you need to clean it frequently, but not that big of a deal. The bigger picture is this does what it's supposed to.
