There probiotics are amazing! Some of my favorite!
These probiotics are AMAZING! I love that they contain B vitamins women often run short in, and plus, they're made with Bulgarian yogurt and kefir cultures that really make a huge difference in the soothing effects they have on your stomach. I've ordrered these 3 times from Whole Foods and love that I can get them delivered to my home with my grocery order knowing they were kept in a refrigerator at the store before they arrive. Thank you, Whole Foods and Amazon! I take 3 per day as it says to, but I split mine up and take 1 in the morning, afternoon, and evening before my meals. Keep in the fridge!

Trusted brand
I’ve always loved and trusted this brand, and this probiotic has been no exception. Taking it daily has really helped improve my gut health, and I’ve noticed a positive difference since incorporating it into my routine. My only complaint is that you have to take two capsules a day. Since I already take a handful of supplements, I’d prefer if the full dose were in just one capsule for convenience. Other than that, it’s a great product that I highly recommend!
