Is this a 4 channel amp? I need one to run a component speaker pair upfront and 2 4x6 speakers in the back

Absolutely, it is fan cooled internally and you can mount it anywhere in the vehicle that won’t be subjected to excessive moisture. Great amplifiers.

What amperage fuse should be used on the power wire?

Fuse Depends on what size your battery positive wire is and or how long it is. The longer it is the larger it needs to be, but at a minimum i would suggest at least a 8 awg hot wire and a 100 amp fuse. I wanna say around 80amps is going to be max current draw off that little amp. You can google wire size and current draw specs to get a general idea on what size wire best suits your application. Would also recommend the same minimum cable size for your ground as well. Use soldered connections instead of crimped too. Fosgate amps temp to rate their amp output very conservatively.
