Ich bin begeistert! Endlich kann ich wieder entspannt einschlafen.Ich kämpfe schon lange mit sehr heißen Füßen. Ich habe nasse Socken angezogen oder mir umständlich Kühlakkus unter die Füße geschnallt.Man darf die Kühlpads allerdings nicht zu lange kühlen, sonst sind sie viel zu kalt. Ich lege sie nur eine halbe Stunde in den Gefrierer oder tagsüber in den Kühlschrank. Wenn sie trotzdem zu kalt sind einfach noch Socken unter die Kühlschuhe anziehen. Sie sind schön leicht, bequem und vor allem auch unkompliziert zu reinigen.

These are easy to put on and take off. I get foot pain right behind my toes and have to add a hook and loop strap to keep contact with that sore area or keep my feet on the floor. But ice does do wonders for pain and these work. I think these should last a while and so far I'm happy being less painful.

Ich habe mir die Kältesocken zur Unterstützung bei meiner Chemotherapie gekauft. Sie sind mir etwas zu groß. Das stört beim Kühlen aber nicht. Ich finde sie sehr gut und kann empfehlen Wechseleinlagen zu kaufen. Gefroren halten sie ca. 1,5 Stunden. Danach sollte man wechseln.

These are a little large for my women's size 8.5 narrow feet, but it is easier to get into them and take them off than the medium size which I also ordered. The cooling lasts about 20 minutes which what is recommended and freeze back pretty quickly. I like the pocket that slips down around the back of the heel area. They're soft. Not sure how much the strap actually holds them in place. It is not removable in case you were wondering.I've tried other ways of icing my feet and these gel units and socks are the most convenient and keep them in place. I mentioned the size medium was much tighter. I found I could slip a foot sock on, then the icepacks and then another cotton foot sock over it and keep them in place easier than trying to slip down into the sock.
