Fresh Roasted Coffee, Dark Costa Rican Tarrazu, Dark Roast, Kosher, Whole Bean, 5 lb

This Costa Rica coffee is good. The quality of the beans is not in question at all! But it is more of a medium dark roast leaning closer to a medium roast. I do like the flavor of the coffee. And would easily give it 5 stars if it was a true dark roast. It is not even close to what I have come to accept as a dark roast coffee. I would not have made the purchase if I had known that the roast was lighter that advised. I wish there was a globally recognized uniform roast standard for coffees.

tres rios is my favorite, but the tarrazu is a good everyday coffee. it is not acidic, it smells wonderful, once you have tasted this stuff it is almost impossible to drink anything else.

If you are set up to grind it, these beans make great cold brew!!

I have used this coffee for quite awhile however this time it smelled & tasted very bad. This bag is undrinkable & I would like a refund.

Tarrazu is probably our favorite coffee, so I try to have it on hand all the time. At this point in my life I find that what consistently gives me the most satisfaction is a really good cup of coffee, so Tarrazu is very important to me.
