Good book
Insightful but for the diet part it doesn't consider individual preference enough.

Strong Healthy Feet - very helpful
I hurt my left foot a few years ago. Diagnosis: sesamoiditis. I've been doing the exercises in the book and they are helping, along with the use of inserts for my shoes (Birkenstock Blue Footbed-arch support which has a built in metatarsal pad - I hopefully won't need these in the future, but we'll see). The book also provided information on Morton's foot, which I have but was not aware of until I read about it in this book. I ordered activated B6 (recommended). The B6 has been extremely helpful, helping to alleviate my anxiety and allowing my muscles to relax (I wasn't aware as to how tight all my muscles were until taking the activated B6). I am also having to really focus on walking correctly, as I was placing the bulk of my weight (left foot) on the 2nd and 3rd toes. Now I'm placing weight on the big toe. I am now hopeful that I can fix my foot in time. Glad I purchased the book.

You too can relieve your foot pain
Struggling for over 2 years with a multi-year foot injury, I've found many things outside of the medical world that have helped. This book has many of those things - sometimes I felt like I'd written some of these paragraphs myself! And then there were a lot of new things that I'm starting to incorporate with great results.It's a shame, I think a lot of foot pain is resolvable, but people are limited by what their practitioners are advising, which didn't work for me. Daily diligence, some patience and a fair amount of time and I think most anyone can relieve their pain with the techniques in here. I wish this book was published right when I was injured, as far as I can tell there's nothing out there quite like it.

My lifesaver book!!!
Very accurate in all the content. Pleased to find this book and to apply it to my lifestyle.The after 6 months review: THAAAANKS DUDE!!! I just can't think of a greater "thanks" to William. In my case, flat feet occasioned by weak feet muscles made my life suck, and I just couldn't run again for chronic knee pain and herniated lumbar disk (I ran 9km daily). NOW completely different case, today I could run 4km without a single problem. This book is just a life saver and a smile giver!!! Forever thankful to you.PD. My feet look much more AWESOME!! muajaja

What an utterly worthless book. A simple internet search ...
What an utterly worthless book. A simple internet search would have taught me more--Ultimate Guide is a misnomer. The author pretends to have knowledge on all sorts of medical topics; however the author is utterly uneducated in this field and must have had his friends write the other reviews. Clearly this just way for the author to supplement his income by summarizing internet research in a book without providing any real value. I feel scammed. I'm returning this book. Don't buy anything from this author! Total Fraud!

im still working on my feet but I'm getting better. i been to two doctors for my problem
William knows what he talking about and has helped me.i came down with pf and heel spurs back in Sept 2016..couldnt hardly walk with pain..im still working on my feet but I'm getting better.i been to two doctors for my problem. Only they did was give me a piece of paper to follow and pay for some expensive inserts.didnt really teach me anything...i bought this book and his other one for me..im glad it someone know what it's like going this and not a doctor thinks everybody the same ...thanks to William and his YouTube videos that also can go into more detail..thank you..john

This book has helped me more than my foot doctor and medical doctor combined!!!
Great help for my plantar fasciitis! Full of information about diet and exercise to get at the root cause of the problem. I can now run pain free!!! Thank you to the author!!!

No more hop along feet for me--
Nice book, already more help than two doctors have been. Wish I had found this book a year ago, I would still have money and stronger feet!Thanks so much for sharing, you were a blessing to me and my feet!

Great introduction...then full of misinformation.
Purchased this ebook after reading download sample - good introduction. However, the rest of the book is full of misinformation. Yes, manipulating and exercising the foot is beneficial but the author knows very little about the anatomy or biomechanics of the foot. We have inherited foot types that will not be corrected by exercises alone, particularly in the adult flat foot or pes cavus. The author makes several references to foot devices and vitamins promoting items you can purchase. Helpful maybe - but his advice about footwear and orthotics is quite frankly misguided and incorrect. Exercise, supportive footwear and orthotics produce the best results for foot pain.

This guy is a genius
such a lot of great info (see his videos too). I had recurring Plantar Fasciitis and GPs and podiatrists were no help. Will EXplains how trigger point massage and certain shoes (not what you think) can make a huge difference and reverse the condition. The book could do with clearer brighter photos but I'll still give it 5 starts because the advice is spot on. .

Practical exercises and helpful advice
Have had 2 operations to remove a bone spur on my big toe toe and arthritis in my ankle joint. Problems built up over years - having read this book I now realise that my footwear and associated tight muscles would be a big contributor.Have started on the stretches etc and feeling the benefits.Well worth reading if you have chronic foot problems... or would like to avoid them!!
