Well, these are just bin liners, right? Not really! Brabantia bins are very nice quality, and so are their bags. Supermarket brands either fit poorly, or tear easily when full. That isn't true of these bags. They are sturdy, with a nice tie top to keep the contents securely inside when full. However, it seems that Brabantia has slightly adjusted the size of the bags. About a year ago, they used to be a loose fit around the top of the bin, and would be held in place by the lid. Not so any longer. Now I actually have to pull and slightly stretch the rim of the bag to get it over the top lip of the bin. Takes some practice! I haven't torn a bag yet, but there is a risk of that happening, hence the four star rating. Once in place, the bag is held pretty securely by the rim, so maybe this is an intentional design change.Good quality, just be careful when you are putting a new bag into your bin.

If your trash can is out in the open then you may want to invest in the bag designed for your Brabantia. All other bags, cheap or otherwise will have to overlap the sides in order to keep from falling. These bags won't fall - they fit the Brabantia perfectly and are a higher quality than grocery store brand alternatives. My Brabantia is in my pantry so it's difficult to justify the expense when aesthetics are not a priority behind closed doors. I am probably not going to purchase these bags again but I like them enough to keep them. They do exactly what the company promises. The price for this disposable item is the only complaint.

I hate spending the extra money on name brand bags, but these are a game changer. Not only do they work well in the can they were designed for, but they are really tough and hold up well to compacted trash and yanks on the ties.

Bought these for several years, then went (once) to a cheaper brand. Big mistake. Went back halfway through supply of cheaper brand.

The bags are expensive but are smartly designed. My only reason to dock them a star is the sturdiness of the bag. They used to be super sturdy and never ripped but about a year ago it seems like they changed either the material or plastic thickness. The bags tear much more easily now.
