This product works really well. I drink it before bedtime and it really helps me to get a good night's sleep and helps with the aches and pains. It also helps calm my anxieties and worries. Over all it is great if you take it everyday.

Only downfall is the quantity that is required, that making you purchase a lot more product. The quality cannot be beat, it's the best product if you're looking for magnesium citrate the flavor is outstanding and the ease-of-use can't be beat.

This product was a replacement for another magnesium brand. The flavor is good and easy to drink. I would say it is somewhat effective in regulating my bowels. I just need to add a larger scoop to the water to make it more potent if needed.

Flavor is great, much better than the Natural Calm magnesium powder, but it's very gritty. I'm not sure if I'll order it again. Also, I thought it was a better deal because it was more weight for the price, but since it's less volume and it's dosed by volume, it's probably not a great deal.

Excellent for sleep but horrible on the tummy. Very bloating. Maybe from the sweetener. Wouldn’t recommend it if you have a sensitive tummy

Have bought Natural Calm for years, but it's now not affordable. Bought this instead and it's WAY, WAY, WAY too SWEET. I won't be buying again unless they take out all of the sweeteners, and meanwhile will have to look for an alternative.

Absolutely dreadful. This doesn’t dissolve. You end up with great big clumps. Won’t but again.
