Hearst Good Housekeeping Air Fryer Cookbook: 70 Delicious Recipes

I'm sure if your are American this is a very good book . However it's written for the American market and many of the ingredients are unknown in the UK. The recipes are also strange to UK tastes. The description should state this is a US book. I returned it.

We in uk are metric obviously,yet I’ve purchased this book to find it imperial and also some strange fruit and veg lingo

Really wanted a more basic air fryer book. Not any good for me.

Not impressed with this cook book

Didn’t work for me unfortunately. Maybe I’m doing it all wrong. Tried three different recipes. All tasted horrible.
