Works perfectly in a 30 foot by 15 foot conference room
It's plenty loud, clear, and the microphones have good sensitivity. It has MS Teams integration built-in, so when we connected it to a laptop that was hosting a teams meeting, it was a seamless experience. We tested all kinds of scenarios, with the most extreme being a mic in one corner of the room and the person speaking being in the opposite corner, and the audio quality was just fine for the person that had dialed-in from another site. We could hear them clearly; they could hear us, both when connected to the EPOS via Bluetooth and when using the wired connection. We also tested the plug-in microphones that EPOS sells separately, and they were overkill for our room, but I could see them being a good choice for a room double the size of ours.We also have a similar unit by Jabra and a smaller PolySync. The EPOS is a bit more premium than the other and performs a bit better - louder/clearer. They're all great solutions for us, though.

Old technology last update 2021.
This is 2021 technology so that’s old in tech years. Was great on my end but on the call receiver end—other person; the clarity was just not there. I am on the phone a lot and need crystal clear connections. I opted for a high end speaker, different brand, updated in 2025.

The ultimate speakerphone
Do you work from home? Then order this EPOS speakerphone right now. I use this daily in my home office, which is very overkill. The 80T is designed for a large conference room and multiple people. Given these capabilities, it will work even better in a home office. The sound is clean, crisp, and just perfect. You can use this with Bluetooth, but I use this with a USB connection for Webex and Zoom meetings several hours per day. I also have other speakerphones from Jabra and Sennheiser (the parent brand of EPOS), and this one is the best of all.Do yourself a favor and order this immediately.
