Not as concentrated as some other brands.BUT - - - this brand is supposedly organic and additive free, which is a big benefit that outweighs the lower concentration for me.Non-organic cherries are among the most heavily contaminated fruits, as they are sprayed heavily with pesticides.I'm not hard-core about organic foods, but I've seen the data on cherries - it is startling.

Tart cherry juiceHelps me manage my sugar levelsAnd if I want it to taste lighwr I just add water.I've also made ice cubes with it and put them in lemonade.We live this because as the ice melts it taste more cherry than lemonIt's a great mix for tequilaor vodka mixed drinks too

Delicious tasting and the bottle is the perfect size. I mix mine with a little water and milk for a nightcap mocktail before bed. Quite delicious.

First time trying such a product. I love that it's organic and unsweetened and in good packaging. Just decided to try this, primarily because my uric acid serum levels are on the high end (6.3 female) and because I've read about the (possible) health benefits of tart cherries. I've only taken it a couple days so far, so I can't report on much yet, but I love the taste. I'm taking 2 tablespoons (plain as is) around bedtime, as tart cherries are shown to increase melatonin levels. Since it's only been a couple days, I can't reliably comment on the effect (if any) on sleep quality, but I have slept well both nights so far. If I notice an improvement in sleep quality or pain relief after finishing the first bottle, I will update my comments here and recommend the product to my dad who also suffers from sleep problems and high uric acid (which can lead to gout and kidney stones). Separate from taking this juice, I also mix a small amount of psyllium husk with a little water and drink before bed in order to add to my fiber intake. The cherry juice tastes so good plain that I don't want to dilute it. I just make sure to limit myself to one serving per day. I'm very happy with this product so far and will very likely purchase again.

I really like the product when I get it intact. The problem is that sometimes the bottles leak or come dented and are not eligible for return.
