Q: What handle is compatible with this

The handle socket is compatible with a standard acme tapered wooden pole. This is actually a 7% taper. Once the wooden handle is inserted and tapped in, the matching taper in the socket locks the handle in. The handle can be removed with a lot of twisting and pulling if desired.

Q: can you use it to apply driveway sealer?

I believe you can use it on any liquid of viscosity somewhat similar to water. However, a sealer is designed to lock up its molecules together after its exposed to the atmosphere which creates the seal on the surface of the driveway. This process will also take place on the rubber surface of the squeegee and it may harden it. But you can wash the squeegee rubber off thoroughly with copious amounts of water to prevent damage to the rubber squeegee.

Q: Can you use this on big windows?

I wouldn't recommend it. The rubber blade is fairly thick but it would probably work though I would be concerned about pressure.

Q: Can this be attached to a telescopic pole? It's not small enough to fit on my pool pole

The end is conical and was really designed for a wooden pole. There's a hole for a screw. If the end of your pool pole is plastic maybe you could sand it to fit the squeegee. Have you looked at Libman? Target also has an aluminum one with a black handle that I think is a screw on, though I don't know about the thread. This one will rust over time.
