Mirafit Cast Iron Kettlebell - Choice of Weight

A quality piece of kit. I started off with a couple of the cheap plastic kettlebells, and as I found I like using them I thought I'd try an iron one - they've physically much smaller, so certain movements are easier. I also really like the handle on this one, as it feels slightly textured - not rough or anything, just not slippery smooth like my plastic ones. I feel more confident using it without worrying about it slipping out of my hand. I also like the look of it very much, it looks and feels like a quality item. Over the coming months I intend to buy a few more of these at different weights. A good purchase.

Kettlebell looks great and is compact due to its solid metal construction, but the finish is a little rough on the skin. Also, the paint came off during use making me think I'd cut myself for a second.

Bought both 16kg and 24kg Mirafit kettlebells before lockdown and been really impressed with them. The quality feels really good - nicely balanced with a good finish - and I think they also look great. In particular I love the matte black finish which enables a good grip without the need for loads of chalk. My only very slight criticism would be the fact that they look identical (obviously with only two it's easy to spot the larger 24kg kettlebell) as they are both matte black with orange bands. If you have a range of kettlebells and want to quickly select the right weight it may be tricky. Having different colour bands (e.g. green for 24kg) might be beneficial, however as stated this is a very minor point and I am very happy to give these kettlebells 5 stars.

Nice piece of kit. Some kettle bells can be cheaper but are also much much larger. This is proper dense 12kg cast iron and very well made piece of kit. Having done lots of research price comparison etc well pleased with this so recommended to everyone genuinely.

I have a few different brands in different weights - some wobble / some have been dodgy on the handle and need filing smooth ... no such problems with this one as it seems well made and of good quality. The surface is more 'grippy' and the handle has plenty of room for the two handed swing - while this suits me, this might not be preferred by all.

Loved this kettle bell I've bought different brands in the past and have to say this is worth every penny I wish I had of noticed this brand earlier would have gotten them very solidly built and a great production

Had this for two months and been using it almost daily. Brilliant build quality and you can really feel how dense it is compared to some other brands, have the 20kg one - it's a little rough on the finish but this suits me perfectly for grip (yet to throw it through the ceiling so happy days) - probably better to describe it as a little textured.Plenty of room on the handle for two handed swings. The price point would probably make you look elsewhere but you really are paying for quality here.Dropped a star due to extremely poor packaging and being late. The lateness could be down to COVID circumstances but there was really no excuse for the packaging.

Good KB but cheaper if you buy direct. If you keep with other KB's expect it to chip.
