Lightstrip extension
These worked exactly as advertised. I bought a few variations of cables and splitters to run lighting to four different location under the cabinet. These were for the Phillips Hue lightstrip. As everyone knows at this point these are the only extension cables you can buy for those lights. If these aren’t the only ones these are the only ones worth the money. Worth the buy.

Used the splitter and did not encounter any downsides like dimming in Philips Hue LED lights which may happen if you are trying to connect a non-Philips Hue LED strip on the other end of the splitter which I did. And it works but may have a problem of the original Philips Hue LED lights being very dim.Otherwise, this product works flawlessly with any Philips Hue LED strip EXTENSIONS. Not between the controller adapter and the base LED strip that has a smaller pin. Else, you'll need to get the Direct-to-Controller adapter cable as well.

Making Hue even better
I love the Philips Hue LED light strips. I have quite a few controllers, strips. and extensions. But, Philips assumes that each run of LED strips still stand-alone.Not the case in my implementation. I'm using them to illuminate shelves and a typical run is between 96 and 160 inches. The Philips LED controller can control up to 10 meters of light strips. The Litcessory controller connectors (direct and hardwired) let you easily split the connection out in to a 6-pin connector. And, from there, you can plug in a splitter and let a single controller run two different sets of strips as if it were one.Very happy with this product. The splitter is very simple to use.

Seems best to use direct connections and not use splitt
I used these for one bookshelf and they seemed to work fine, but when trying second piece on my second shelf, it didn't seem to have same connection quality. So I can't give it full stars.

Great for expanding the Philips Hue Light Strips
Great product for expanding the Philips Hue Light Strips. I used them to add light strips to the underside of shelves, my only wish is that they have a larger variety of lengths for the extension cables. Products used, cut end connector, splitter, and two 30” extension cables.

NOT Lightstrip PLUS compatible
I purchased these several months ago to install under cabinet lighting in my new house. Unfortunately when i finally pulled these out to start the project I found that the pin connectors are larger and wider than the connectors on the Philips Lightstrip Plus. These appear to be a standard 6 pin and the hues Lightstrip PLUS uses micro 6 pin.The package even says "Designed for Philips Hue - Lightstrip Plus" ....either this is a flawed product or this package has the wrong item in it. Either way...this was a 100% waste of money as they do not plug into the Lightstrip Plus at all. (maybe these were for the original Hue Lightstrp which appears to have the standard size 6 pin connectors) - I cannot recommend the product and I will not buy any other products from this manufacturer.

A must for Hue light strip installs.
During my kitchen Hue light strip conversion I ended up by just about every sort of adapter, extender and splitter that Licessory makes to get the job done with the least amount of strips left over. All did what they were advertised to do and ended up not only saving me from buying extra strips, but also using several power blocks to run them. They are dainty little things because they have to be to hook up to the tiny pins on the strips, so be careful when installing them.

Bad
quite dangerous you can accidentally switch the side since it plugs in both orientation and possibly short circuit your strip. also why is this so expensive it's just simple wiring
