Moroccanoil Texture Clay, 2.6 Fl. Oz

I have thick medium length hair that I usually style up in a quiff/pomp style. This product provides strong all day hold without being "too strong" like a pure clay. My hair can be adjusted throughout the day with no problem. The product is super easy to apply with a creamy texture. It is also very easy to wash off your hands and hair; again unlike a pure clay. Scent is also very light, which I greatly appreciate.For some context, my favorite product is davines clay, which is currently sold out everywhere. I have been looking for a product that works similarly for years. This is the only thing that comes remotely close. I only have minor complaints. The packaging looks cheap, it also takes up more space that similar products. I can't really tell how much is in the container. It looks like it should hold twice as much product than it actually does. The hold is not as nice as the davines and the texture it provides doesn't look as nice either. I haven't used an entire jar yet so I will probably get better results over time. It's good enough for me to want to stick with this product long term to maximize the results for my hair. I also wish the price was lower. While a great product, I would rather pay the extra 2 dollars for the davines clay if it ever goes back in stock. This is a solid backup for me and I am VERY glad I gave this product a chance.

This product works great on my super fine curly pixie cut. I don't need more than a dime sized dollop to separate and define my curls. It relieves any frizz I might have and the hold is amazing. I use it on wet hair and let it air dry. It is a bit crunchy until I pick through it and then it softens and looks amazing! Best product I've tried and I've tried them all!!

I have been looking for a product like this for years. Holds perfect, has a great smell & does not make your look greasy. About to buy another one! 10/10

Easy to spread, hold is as-advertised. Great scent. Doesn't damage hair as far as I can see. But not for everyday use as its quite expensive.

After discovering this product through an online YouTube review where they basically said that if you were only going to try one hair product, this should be the one. I'm 60 years old with fine hair that I typically keep pretty short on the sides (clipper cut) and a little longer on the top. This product has been great, get out the shower, towel dry the hair, rub about a half-teaspoon of clay in your hands and then rub through the hair. Dries with a good hold that isn't stiff and isn't glossy. Probably the best part about it is that you can re-activate it during the day with just a bit of water on your hands. So far, really enjoying this product, and seems like a decent value for the price -

It holds as well as most other clay’s that I have used and it’s easy to work with. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that it was going to have such a feminine perfume smell to it. I’ll probably give the rest away because it is pretty strong.Also, be aware that it does contain Phenoxyethanol which can be bad for your endocrine system, blood, liver and fertility. It is not regulated in the U.S. or Canada.

This is one of the best texture pastes I’ve ever used. Just remember less is more.
