These Cones were a great value. They have the same look and feel as the original FilterQueen canister filters. They are not just cheap paper cones like you get in the grocery store that have a similar shape. These are packaged the same as the OEM Filter Queen cones and are made of CELLULOSE fibers. Quite a bit thicker than other imitations. Where FilterQueen would stamp "genuine filter queen filter" ENVIROCARE put their stamp. Inside not only are 4 packs of 12 cones, but they also are nice enough to include 2 secondary filters in each 12 pack, 8 in total. They are of the same quality as the original secondary filters. No need here to pay 4X as much for OEM. These do great.OK, one thing that is NOT true in the description. The statement "For ALL Filter Queen vacuums is not true. They do not fit my Filter Queen Central Vac. They are a bit too small in diameter. It should read "For all Filter Queen CANISTER" vacuums.For the Central vac you CAN make them fit by simply using 3 or 4 pieces of scotch tape to keep the filter secure against the metal mesh cone. After I did this it worked great.Going from cheap paper cones to these was an eye opener. I have Vacuumed 5 times and the installed cone has not clogged at all yet, something the paper one would do almost immediately.Kudos Amazon fulfillment morequalitylessmoney store. This is a winner! Cones look very similar to originals. This does come with the small round black internal filter as well (for those of us who shop more by pictures you’d never know unless you read the description and pay attention. The envelopes they’re packaged in don’t open quite as nicely or clean as the filter queens that are nearly resealable and don’t tear. That’s not a problem for me. The only other slight negative that I can see before using is that the way they were packaged or maybe handled they had a bit of a crease in the point. I’m sure it will function just fine but it gives me a slight bit of reason to be concerned that it could cause lining the cone up with the motor may be just slightly more challenging as compared to the oem filters I have purchased. These do seem to be very good quality, definitely very comparable to the originals...... at a much, much cheaper price.... I would purchase again! Previously I’ve only spent money out for originals because I do love this vacuum over others I’ve tried.

I ordered some of these because it appears to be difficult to purchase the branded Filter Queen/Princess cone filters. The effectiveness of the cone filters will mostly be a function of how much cellulose filter material is used in the production of the filters. To get insight on this, I compared the weight of a stack of 5 pieces of the Filter Queen cone filters (which I already had) to a stack of 5 pieces of the newly-arrived EnviroCare cones. 5 Filter Queen cones weighed 1.3 oz., and 5 EnviroCare cones weighed 1.1 oz. The EnviroCare cones are approximately 85% the weight of the Filter Queen cones. The filter thickness of both brands was 0.66 mm. When you lay out the filters one on top of the other, the surface areas of the 2 different brands are the same. So I'm calling the EnviroCare filter good, essentially equivalent to the Filter Queen branded filter. Since they're slightly lighter, you may need to change EnviroCare filters a little more often.
