Sub 1 Powered Bass Module for L1 PRO Systems and Powered Subwoofer for Loudspeakers

We just got this sub delivered and plugged it in right away. The connection is just a standard microphone connection (not sure what the technical name is) and it easily connected to my Bose S1Pro+. This sub completely and I mean COMPLETELY changes the listening experience provided by the S1Pro+. I was reading reviews of this product before I bought it and people were saying that it shook the whole house and made the windows rattle. I thought to myself "yeah right.". Well, that turned out to be entirely true. Holy **** this thing has some power! You will pay money for that power, but in my opinion, it's totally worth it. Bose products are always very high quality and this sub is no exception. If you have an S1 or L1 series speaker and do not have this sub, get it! You won't regret your decision. Update 06/10/25 No regrets on purchasing this sub. Unbelievable power and I just used it for an outdoor event and people were commenting how rich and full the sound was. Concert quality! Bose never disappoints!

Oh baby, amazing amount of great sound bass for the size & price. I want to get the bigger model now, for larger events.

Planning on using with two S-1 Pro plus speakers. Once one arrives intact, I'll update this review with my current setup. I've heard this combination before, and it sounds incredible. Highly recommend adding a mixing board for ultimate flexibility.

Have had lots of amps and PA systems over the years, including the Bose L1, model 1, which I still use today! I recently purchased (2) Bose S1 powered speakers, and then added the Bose Sub 1. The result is crystal clear delivery with plenty of bottom, perfect for a mid size DJ set-up. The equipment is light, and having the S1s run on batteries is huge when it comes to set up. It may be pricey, but you'll only have to buy it once. Bose is professional grade equipment and worth every penny. Is there anything worse than a DJ, or performer, with a crappy sounding PA? I don't think so. Don't waste your money on junk you'll end up wanting to get rid of! Rick D

. I was unsure whether to purchase the sub one or the sub two I’m currently running 2 S1 pro speakers. And I thought they sound phenomenal. It was a complete game changer by getting the sub1 I can’t say enough about it like night and day. Once you feel and hear the bass you will know where the money went ..I couldn’t imagine if I got the sub two.bigger is not always better. At least for the size of my house and system I’m running.. I couldn’t be more pleased. It has enough power to literally shake the lightbulbs loose over time I’m so glad I have my own house to really enjoy this thing

Incredible sound when paired with two S1 Pros. Very easy to use and to carry. Comes with a slip sleave which was a nice additional, for you have to purchase the slips for the S1 Pros. (They now all match) Excellent build quality but depending on the eq/sound mix, the extreme bass/thumps can get a bit muddled/distorted. Overall, very happy and thank Amazon.ca for having these in stock.

I used this to hook up to my bose s1 pro if im using it for karaoke and bluetooth music. on the other hand if i switch to my bose soundbar 900 just plug in into a bass connection of the soundbar. It makes a big difference amazing sound.
