I like this shampoo. My hair is silky when it's dry. My hair doesn not feel sticky or heavy in the shower. I switch between a couple different shampoos during the month, but this one is nice. Smells nice too.

I feel like this shampoo is super aligned for me like it feels like it hormonally balances me comparing to the American shampoos that feel very intense in their ingredients

I was advised that I should leave shampoo on hair for at least 20 minutes to see results. I started this routine about a week now. Just bought another bottle. I think 6-months should show some kind of difference of now and then.
