BEST PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE AND SO TASTY.
I like to use COCONUT MILK in my cooking, baking and smoothies and this is much handier for me to store and use and is comparable in flavor. The flavor is perfect coconut and is easy to rehydrate with instructions right on the package. I have not had any problems with clumpiness during storage in a mason jar. When I mix with water I can get exactly the creamy milkiness I am after. It is the best price compared to my local Asian markets so I get value for dollars. I think coconut milk is excellent for my glossy hair and healthy nails so I will keep right on ordering this product. Enjoy it's benefits.

Maggie coconut milk is always the way to go closest product to the original thing. Any dish you make with it you won't be disappointed especially your rice and peas. Very milky, great taste and worth every penny.

I was looking for a 100% coconut milk powder not a coconut milk & cow milk powder mix. I used this to make quiche. At first, I was going to send this back but after conuming it did not bother my stomach. Also sensitive to salt, so I did not want a powder containing salt. Contacted Amazon customer service which contacted seller and they were willing to take it back. On second thought, I'm willing to keep it but my next purchase will be 100% coconut milk powder with absolutely no dairy or salt. Does give a little creamy texture and not overpowering coconut taste. Honestly, I didn't even taste coconut in my broccoli quiche. Although was able to eat the quiche I made; please be aware if you have dairy sensitivity. I do but this product did not end up bothering me like I initially thought it would.

Works great for curries!
I was recommended this by my Indian friend who is famous for his curries. He uses only this brand for making his curries!It is sweet and creamy! While I did use it for curries, I also used mine in my coffee! Very versatile!
