Maggie coconut milk is always the way to go closest product to the original thing. Any dish you make with it you won't be disappointed especially your rice and peas. Very milky, great taste and worth every penny.

let me tell you this made my rice and peas milky and delicious. it was so creamy and flavorful.

I was looking for a 100% coconut milk powder not a coconut milk & cow milk powder mix. I used this to make quiche. At first, I was going to send this back but after conuming it did not bother my stomach. Also sensitive to salt, so I did not want a powder containing salt. Contacted Amazon customer service which contacted seller and they were willing to take it back. On second thought, I'm willing to keep it but my next purchase will be 100% coconut milk powder with absolutely no dairy or salt. Does give a little creamy texture and not overpowering coconut taste. Honestly, I didn't even taste coconut in my broccoli quiche. Although was able to eat the quiche I made; please be aware if you have dairy sensitivity. I do but this product did not end up bothering me like I initially thought it would.

I was recommended this by my Indian friend who is famous for his curries. He uses only this brand for making his curries!It is sweet and creamy! While I did use it for curries, I also used mine in my coffee! Very versatile!
